Yes. Every item in our vault is a real, physical Funko Pop from our verified inventory. We’ve shipped over 150,000 collectibles to date, and as collectors ourselves, we know how to treat your order right!

We grade everything in-house, and only items that meet our Standard condition tier (near-mint to mint by hobby standards) are included in a series. Because Funko Pops are factory-produced collectibles, minor shelf wear, slight paint variations, and small box imperfections are completely normal and not considered defects. We rigorously inspect every item to ensure nothing with significant damage makes the cut.

After revealing your pull, you can choose to keep it (we’ll ship it) or take an instant site credit offer on eligible items. The offer screen shows the credit amount before you accept. Use that credit to pull again immediately or whenever you’re ready! Not pulling anymore? You can redeem your balance as a store credit to be spent at productsagecollectibles.com on any item!

Yes! Every pull is randomized from the available pool for a series. High-value items can appear at any moment for any user during any active series.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available at checkout.

Yes! As the platform grows, we will be actively buying collections to fuel our mystery pull series. If you have a collection you’d like to sell, reach out to mpsales@productsagecollectibles.com to get in queue and receive an offer when the time comes. Please include your HobbyDB collection profile and a few photos of the higher-tier items in your collection.
